This work was placed in 2nd winning position at the 'Sir David Willcocks Bach Choir - International Carol Competition 2023'.

The Judges: David Hill MBE, Jonathan Willcocks and Bob Chilcott, gave the carol and composer an honourable mention, and commended the carol’s engaging writing for unaccompanied choir.

It is a short tuneful commercial piece, lasting approx. 1 minute: 20”.
