The British Music Collection is running a user survey to learn more about how users interact with the platform. We want to hear from composers and audiences about their user experiences, and find out what we can do to make the British Music Collection better.
Take part in the British Music Collection User Survey and help us gain valuable insight into what users want from their experience. As part of Sound and Music's long-term plans to develop its websites, we're undertaking reviews across all our platforms to find out more about what we're already doing well, what more we could do to improve our offer, what works for our audiences and what we might want to think about updating, adding or removing.
We don't know yet how these changes will take shape, but your feedback is vital in ensuring that we develop our platforms in a way that better suits the needs of the people that use it. The survey should only take a couple of minutes to complete, and we really appreciate you taking the time to let us know what you think about this website.
If you have any questions or would like to offer more feedback than the form allows, please email us at thecollection@soundandmusic.org
