Kate studied Music and English Literature at Warwick University, took an MA in Creative Writing at Bath Spa University and then completed an LRSM in Choral Conducting. She was Deputy Head of the Bristol Arts and Music Service, Assistant Head.of the Wiltshire Music Service and now writes music and conducts choirs. She works as a singing animateur in schools for Voices for Life, a Bath-based singing and wellbeing charity and also conducts the Mendip Male Voice Choir. She welcomes commissions for choirs or schools.
