Biography
Sue Lynch-tenor saxophone,flute, clarinet and composition.
Since 2012 has co-promoted The Horse Music Club in South London, with Adam Bohman and Hutch Demouilpied. She studied Fine Art at Coventry College Of Art. In the 1980’s she toured with The Happy End Big Band. She currently runs Hogcallin’( music from Charles Mingus), is a member of David Petts,'Remote Viewers', ( Kraabel,Edwards, Sanders, Northover, Lynch, Petts)‘The Custodians of the Realm' ( Adam Bohman, Adrian Northover)’ and vocalist Helen McDonald’s ‘Future Groove’.
She also runs Hogcallin', a band playing the tunes of Charles Mingus, within the context of improvisation, which will be performing at the 2016 London Jazz Festival at Iklectik Art's Lab.
In 2015, she performed in the opera 'Mannequin', composed by Maria Vatentina, with animation by Izabella Adrianna.
Sue Lynch is currently performing with a collective of musicians for sound artist Tarek Atoui's exhibition,'The Reverse Collection' at the Tate Modern.
