A composer and music teacher working in the London Borough of Bromley, Mark Ingleby has been a Councillor for Whitefoot Ward since winning the seat in a by-election in 2012. Prior to this he was Councillor for Grove Park from 2002-06, including 2 years as Chair of the innovative Creative Lewisham Select Committee.
